hello, i ve purchased GL 552 JX and Plextor PX G128 m6e M.2 2280 SSD. when i go to bios, i cant find my ssd on the list, neither in windows disk management. i found a link http://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?53091-Rampage-V-Extreme-M-2-Setup-And-Windows-Installation-..., it need to change the bios setting in order to make M.2 SSD work, but i cant find the setting on my GL 552 JX,. Can someone give an advice? thanks.
Hello, I've got the same laptop ant installed a Transcend M2 SSD. No configuration needed in the Bios. In windows disk manager, I had to activate it, used GPT and then created a parition. It worked out of the box, nothing to do in UEFI.
