Intel RAID/AHCI Win10 32bit&64bit V14.5.0.1081 under Windows 10

Hello,

I have just noticed there is Intel RAID/AHCI Win10 32bit&64bit V14.5.0.1081 drivers under Windows 10 for the Rampage V Extreme.

Does this mean Rampage V Extreme is going to get a Intel RAID ROM/EFI BIOS module update soon to go with the new drivers?

The 14.x RST drivers are usually paired with the Intel RAID ROM/EFI BIOS module that goes with the release.

One thing I have notice and other people have noticed it too is the current 14.x RST drivers including the 14.5.0.1081 drivers seem to cause system freezing issues on the X99 platform and older chipsets when in RAID 0.

Had freezing on Hero VII with RAID0 on the 14.x series, went back to 13.x with Win10 after last attempt. Wife's system has no issues with them but no RAID on her's.

Hi

Raids 0 works perfect with 14.5.0.1081 in the windows 10 as log as install first Intel inf chipset 10.0.26 or 10.0.27

It must be a Windows 7 and Windows 8 issue then because everybody that has tested the 14.x RST drivers in RAID 0, they have also reported system freezing issues and many have corrupt the windows install because of it.
