Windows 10 is coming 29 this month
The windows 10 drivers are already there, but no utilities. Will they be added soon? Will the windows 8.1 utilities work?
Or will Asus just not care for the "old" generation users like they always do?

Just so people know the sound drivers for Max Hero V1 Version 6.0.1.7525 does not work, winRAR say it corrupt or incomplete. Download date 7/22/15

Are you trying to install on the Full-Release version or the technical preview? Tech preview is likely to have some differences from full version, and the drivers available for download are for the full version.

EDIT: I read your post a little more carefully a second time. Probably, ASUS needs a little more time to work out packages.

You can get these from Realtek.

You can get from Windows CAB web page 6.0.1.7566 that have the Asus skins. Works for me but I don't have a fancy sound setup - Just regular speakers and headphones.
