g750js power4gear hybrid aned normal temperatures questions

I recently installed that program but i dont see any difference in fps and temperatures while i am playing games. Maybe i miss something. Can you guys explain me what does this program exactly do and do i really need it?

I want to keep my computer (g750js) cool as possible while playing games, this is my highest priority.

I am getting gpu/cpu temperatures arround 70-80oC while playing heavy games at high setting, are these normal?

Also when do i have to re-paste my computer?

There is somewhere in the forum a thread with this question. I performed a study on temps (my laptop is the JW) and found that the effects are on battery only (with an older version of P4G). Truly, I don't think it matters. I would allow Windows to control everything. The new versions of P4G are not that good...

I'm also on windows power settings and i'm on high performance mode always. I didn't got any difference in fps and temps when I had P4Gear installed on my G750JH and other lappys. But I may be wrong so please let me know.
