Hello guys!

First of all , thank you for taking the time in looking into my problem .

I've had my laptop for almost 3 months now and I have a problem with the Power button from the beginning. It does not respond and I have to press it multiple times in order to power it. I really didn't want to return the product due to the fact that it was a big thing for me in order to acquire it on my own and I did not have the means to take it back. The Steam button powers it in a blink of an eye but also start the app which is a killer with updates and takes longer to load ( I have the HDD version, will update to SSD soon ) .

What do you think the problem might be? Again, pressure pressing does not affect with anything, therefore I presume it is not a physical flaw.
