Hey everyone I recently purchased a razer headset. The connections for the headset are for the audio Jacks (mic and audio). Well I plugged them both in (yes into the right ports) and I get no audio from the headphones installed some drivers and still nothing so u plugged the audio wire into my phone to see if it was the wire that was messed up and it worked fine. So my question is do I have a faulty sound card or what? I have a G750js. Any help is greatly appreciated.
