Long story short: I want to take an external USB fingerprint scanner and slip it inside of my laptop.

I was inspired by this guide for a Dell mini and I wanted to see if anyone here had attempted something like this and could offer guidance.

I'm hoping to place it on the bottom right corner of the base but I guess I'll have to make do with wherever there is space.
