So I finally got a new pair of headphones after my last ones finally bit the dust. I could always hear a faint whistling sounds in the right side and only the right side.

I figured it was just the headphones but my new ones do it as well but it is a bit louder but the exact same sound. I plug them in and then as soon as the "You have plugged a device into the audio jack" message comes on it starts the sound.

I have tried cleaning the headphone jack but it did not help. It is really starting to get annoying since it always at the same volume so when I try to listen to something quietly it is very noticeable but not so much when I turn up the volume.

Would anybody happen to have a solution for this?
