When i fill my Serial Number in getting Free Metal Gear Solid V Phantom Pain [url]http://www.asus.com/event/VGA/Metal-Gear-Solid-V/
it says my "Serial Number is Incorrect", why oh my..! I Also tried copying my serial number registered in my account product registration list in asus.com in case of Typographical Error but it still says "Incorrect". Why its like this time wherein i got previous downloaded Batman Arkham Knight Successfull in Steam... Whats wrong with my Serial Number, is it been hacked or something... cant Redeem my Code... My Product is ASUS Strix GTX 970 4G DC2 OC.

I Need to get my Coupon Code First then Redeem it Sir.. Like in my First Post... I Need to put my Serial Number & PP ID label but it said "Incorrect" but it was the one on my GPU box and my product registration that i just fill in the said registration. Im 100% sure that is Correct. i wonder how it was like this.

Ah sorry, guess I replied too fast.

When I bought a Zotac GTX 980 a few months ago, I got an email from Nvidia with a code for The Witcher 3 which I had to redeem here: https://redeem.geforce.com/en-us
Not really sure how Nvidia got my email and how they knew I bought one of their cards. But I guess it was the online shop where I bought it that registred my card automatically or something.

Sometimes you can find the S/N on the card that differs from the one on the box.

EDIT: Btw. what do you mean by you succesfully downloaded Batman Arkham Knight last time? Did you buy a second grapchis card recently?

I saw it was the same sir, on the card and box when i was looking for the PP ID, S/N was the same... Yes i already have Arkham Knight and thats what i did, i filled that same S/N, but now it was incorrect on filling up for the Phantom Pain... I wonder Why...

im experiencing the same problem. I got batman arkham knight without any issue , but Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain, it says SN incorrect. I have ASUS STRIX-GTX980-DC2OC-4GD5. please help us fix this .

I'm afraid you have to buy a new Nvidia graphics card if you want the Metal Gear Solid V promotion offer. You both bought your graphics card when the Batman Arkham Knight promotion was running. Because of this, you only get Batman Arkham Knight since you'll have to buy your graphics card in the promotion period July 23th to Septemper 1st to get Metal Gear Solid V.
I for example bought a GTX 980 in the "The Witcher 3" promotion period, so I got that game and can't get any further or upcoming promotion offers.

I'm sorry, but I believe that might be the reason why it isn't working for you 😕
