Windows 10 Frame Skipping?

I dont know if its my graphics card dying im running an 860m but recently games started to frame skip and it gets laggy is anyone else experiencing this?

Do a fresh/wipe installation and all the problems will disappear. Or reset you're PC withouth keeping any settings.

Things to check:

1. Make sure you have latest drivers

2. Check to make sure that your graphics card is actually running and optimus isn't using the internal GPU.

there are issues with nVidia and windows 10 currently... your card is probably fine. To test, uninstall all GPU drivers and let it run with Microsoft generic drivers. If everything is ok, then it's the drivers. The generic drivers will be a bit choppy, but they should work for basic things.
