    Lightbulb ASUS Crosshair v Formula-Z CPU speed error

    Hi ASUS Users,i have a trouble with my new FX8350, The CPU current speed its less than maximum in the task manager but when i enter in "secure mode" the speed its fine....

    My PC properties
    S.O:Windows 10 x64
    Motherboard:Crosshair v Formula-Z BIOS 2201 2015/05/07
    CPU:FX8350 8MB Cache AM3+ 8 CORES 4.0/4.2
    GPU:Nvidia 610 DDR3 2 GB
    RAM:8GB RAM 2x4GB 1600mhz Kingston HyperX Fury
    HDD:500GB Western Digital Caviar Black
    PSU:Thermaltalke 700W TR2 RV2.3 80 Plus Bronze

    i have the same problem in Win8.1
    in Windows and AI SUITE i have all in High Performance but the speed never goes up than 4.17Ghz
    i tried to config the bios but nothing change, the processor have a soft overclock to 4.2 24/7 but in the CPU-Z shows the correct current frecuency.... its a problem from my motherboard,Processor or my Windows?


    I leave some images from my bios config(sorry for the quality from the images but i dont have a USB)
