Hi, I recently bought this ASUS g551jx notebook and i am having random BSOD with this common description "Driver Power State Failure" . I gone through almost all the threads on this forum and Nvidia community too but still couldn't find a working solution for this.

This only happens when the laptop is running on its battery and never happens when it's on charge.
My Graphic drivers are also updated.

Any official help would be appreciated.

i also running into the same problem when trying to restart, in the same time the battery not working.i already update bios to 204

Plus some have the same problem and it was the Intel Storage Driver.

For me was simply configuring the Nvidia drivers to use the dedicated GPU when Opening any Adobe app (the reason of my crashes was basically when using HDR Pro in Photoshop CC or trying to open After Effects while on Battery.)

After updating the Nvidia Driver and selecting the correct GPU for the apps, never happened.

Plus I'm still using Windows 8.1 Pro, I don't know if Windows 10 solves that already.
