Windows 10 - Missing Sonic Sound Stage tab

Hi

After upgrading to Windows 10 64bit the Sonic Sound Stage tab is missing from the SupremeFX manager app.

I have read other posts with users having the same issue. I have tried uninstalling the Realtek driver, running CCleaner and then installing the Windows 8.1 driver. I've tried: Realtek_audio_Win7-8-8-1_V7373_2117 as well as Realtek_Audio_Win7-8-8-1_V6017450 but the tab is still missing.

I've also noticed that the Sonic Radar directory in the Realtek folder is empty: C:\Program Files (x86)\Realtek\Audio\SonicRadar

Does anyone have any advice?

Thanks!

you need to disable updates in windows first. Then uninstall your current audio driver in control panel. Restart comp and go to R5E drivers under windows 8.1 and install second audio driver down 6.0.1.7373. Once installed you can install the windows 10 audio driver. I believe you are missing the sonic manager which is in the 8.1 driver 7373. But like I said you first need to disable windows updates prior to all this. You can enable it again after all finished.
