Repasting/Cleaning G750JW

Hello,

My G750JW has been running much hotter than usual recently and I realize it's been 2 years since I've purchased it.
I'm guessing it's in desperate need of a repaste and fan cleaning so I've been doing so research on how. There's not too many guides or proper videos on taking it apart so I was wondering if anyone has a tip or suggestion.

What do I need to complete this process properly? I know I need to take my time with it but what should I buy to make the process easier and how do I do it?

There are a few guides around the net for doing it, but you might want to consider just paying a local computer shop to do it.

You might also want to email Pro-Star. http://pro-star.com/

They repasted the cpu+gpu on my 750JX when I got it ... still running cool and smooth 2 years later, with heavy video editing + gaming use the entire time.

Not sure if they normally offer this as a service, but its worth asking.
