Maximus VI Extreme and i7 4790K cannot boot

Operated with a processor i7 4770K, bought a new Intel i7 4790K before installing make BIOS update to last
version 1603 from 15.08.2014. Checked - everything works fine.
After that i install the new processor i7 4790K and the computer does not boot. Display of the status
of the motherboard have static value "00". When i install the old CPU back, the computer boots normally.
Have the ability to check CPU i7 4790K on another motherboard with the chipset Z97 - processor i7 4790K is work fine.

Whats up?

:)What! !!! You can install a 4790k on a motherboard with the chipset - X99 ???? What processor socket is that on the X99 ? LGA2011 or the LGA2011 v3.
Exactly what motherboard is that???
