Hi,
I have connected both fans from my noctua cooler to my mainboard (1 to cpu other to pwr fan) both are 3 pin and show rpm.
I also have connected my front and back fan from my fractal design r5 case to chassis fan 1 and 3 connectors on mainboard (case fans are also 3 pin).
The rpm of the case fans sometimes show in Bios and after I restart they appear / disappear from bios without me changing any settings. I tryed to connect one of my noctua fans to the chassis fan connector (out of curiosity) and same happened to it. When the rpms show / or not show in Bios same happens in Asus probe II. Any Ideas what is wrong with my build? Thank you 😉
