i have recently build a new pc and my Asus Z97 Pro Gamer mobo has really gooooood sound output.
i really dont have any problems with its quality but beforing building my new pc i have purchased Asus Xonar DG dedicated sound card and here im confused that which sound output is the best ? as for the range thing, dedicated sound card is really cheap one but it has its features and on other side my mobo has a good sound. very impressed with it. as both the supremeefx and asus xonar dg are from ASUS will the dedicated sound card has advantage than the onboard sound or should i stick with the onboard sound ?

What kind of sound system do you have? Do you use a headset?

For the most part, you would have to be an audiophile to notice the difference.

If you already have the Asus Xonar DG in your possession, might as well test both to see which you like more. 😉

Xonar DG is old PCI Sound Card... I don't know but SupremeFX 2014 is great sound card.
My SBZ barely win with some advantages on onboard SupremeFX as stronger sound from rear speakers.
