Rampage 4 Black keeps turning itself on....

So I have a Rampage 4 Black that keeps turning itself on at random. I already tried to remove AI suite 3 but the darn thing will NOT uninstall no matter what I try and I don't want to have to go into the registry and kill it that way.

Does anyone have any fix for this? I never really used the software anyway to I don't care if it has to go, I just want my computer to STAY off when I turn it off.

I have this problem too.
it's not very often though.

your best bet is to contact Asus and urge them to do a bios update, or use the PSU switch.

https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?75196-R4BE-wlan-latest-drivers-always-waking-computer-from... Seems it may be related to the wifi-go feature set. In the driver pack thread, linked in my post on that thread, there is a link someone posted with a cleaner for AI suite. Give it a shot if you do not want to sit through a reset, it took less than an hour on both my rig and the wife's laptop though, or try just uninstalling the wifi-go feature set first.
