I don't believe so, no.

Or at least it would be so complicated as to not be worth the time.

You can´t upgrade to a 970M MXM card because the G750 series use a custom PCB form and any standard MXM card just don´t fit, or will need mayor mod, but you can upgrade to 780M from a JH model, in order to do this you will also need to change parts I have done this myself and all is working right. This is the list you will need to find

780M card from JH model $289 USD in eBay
Bottom case from JH model $60 USD in asusparts.eu store.
VGA heatsink from JH or JZ model (both will fit ok) $50USD in asusparts.eu store
VGA Fan from JH/JZ model $30 USD in asusparts.eu store
230W AC brick from JH/JZ model $119 USD in asusparts.eu store
AC connector from JH/JZ model $50 USD in asusparts.eu store (for this last two parts you can buy a much cheaper AC Brick and just change the connector from your current AC Brick.

As you can see it is possible but it will cost some money, is up to you.
