Budget: $2,200
Main uses of intended build: Game Development with Unreal Engine 4, Unity, and other development software at MAX.
Parts required: For developing with UE4, they recommend a laptop with Windows 7 64-bit, 8 GB RAM and a quad-core Intel or AMD processor, and a DX11 compatible video card.
Previous build information (list details of parts):
Monitor resolution: 1920 x 1080
Storage requirements: Largest HDD I can afford.
Will you be overclocking: Not sure if this will be needed for development.
Any motherboard requirements (no. of USB, Xfire/SLI, fan headers):

laptops = limited
desktops = more flexible and you can do much more and longer life span compare to laptop.

yea i know that's true but I am a college student and portability would be nice.
