Does Asus still offer RMA cross shipping with the R5E?

I have developed a problem with my Rampage V Extreme board and was considering starting the RMA process. I was looking all over for information on RMA cross shipping like they offered with the Rampage IV Formula a few years ago. Have they stopped offering the option for cross shipping? I can't go weeks without a working PC.

Because of that I kept i7-3770K/Z77 FTW Platform until everything is clear with R5E that no more problems.
If I need RMA I only need to put new motherboard with RAM and CPU and to connect 4 cables and tight H100.
Today with many half working and problamtic hardware that's simply necessary, parts are not more reliable and we can't stay with one RIG.
Don't even to talk about back up graphic card/PSU, some cooler...That's necessary.

That's the problem with the Asus motherboards. You have to pray you never have to RMA one. There are tons of horror stories. You will wait weeks just to get back the same board but damaged or a different board but damaged.
