It takes forever to get through bios to windows and even to get into bios.

The little display is showing 9C and 64 most of the time until its ready for booting. What does these codes mean?

It seems stable, its just that it takes forever.

BTW. I dont have any disks in my computer, only a PCI-E SM951. Can it be the issue?

Its really fast when its first in Windows, but until that its really bad:

After 22 seconds a cursor is blinking in the upper left corner of the screen and disappear immediately after.
After 34 seconds the Num diode on the keyboard lights up
After 62 seconds AMIBIOS 2015 is showing up
After 68 seconds Windows start loading
After 72 seconds Windows is ready

I can see the keyboard, an steelseries6G/V2 is shutting the Num diode off.

I made a video of it. BTW. its the same when I want to get into the bios. Takes like a minute to get there.
