    For your information

    ftp://ftp.asus.com.tw/pub/ASUS/mb/LG...ge_IV_Extreme/

Most of the time you can find the latest BIOS here.

Simple look about halfway down for the most current BIOS they are dated too if that helps.

Hi guys, i've seen the updated BIOSes 1001B and 1002B, i am attaching them to the main post.
People mentioned somewhere that Shamino recommended to use 1001B instead of 1002B, i have no idea why, nor time to find out.

It was due to efficiency being worse with 1B he fixed that little glitch and nearly immediately posted up the 2B version.

However 3B has since been released.

Any link for 3B? Asus' ftp seems to be down for me (if 3B is even there). And changelog?

There is no changelog. Shamino post up a bios every now and then for the enthusiast to try out. That particular bios can be found over here.

    Hi
I put the 0003B, I'm testing and I wanted to point out that in both XMP profiles set the rampage in mode2 twek preventing my system to boot, manually putting in mode1, is OK for now
Stumble this because with previous versions including 1005 did not happen.
My ram is G. Skill F3-17000CL9Q-16GBZH
I hope to be useful to those who have the same ram and want to test the bios.

Thanks sisco - as mentioned these BIOS are for enthusiasts like yourself and the benching community to try out at their own discretion. Nice to get feedback.

    Cheers
