ok guys so I got a new gpu well kinda I went from a asus r9 280x dcuII 3gb to the same card just a v2 one and now im getting an error q code of 62 and I get no vid pass thro from the gpu

set up is

crossair v formula-z
amd 8350 (o.c. 4.7)
h100i
amd radeon 16gb ram
nzxt 750m psu
Kingston hyper x 3k 250gb ssd
Seagate 2tb hdd
win 8.1

also I noticed that my razer mouse and keyboard are not turning on could this be from psu or is there anther issue

I have tried changing ram and reseating the ram but to no effect......is there something els that I could try

slap that reset bios button the the back of the i/o plate. my theory is that you have CSM disabled and the new vid card doesn't have the latest bios. so you're hanging on POST. Just my theory, wouldn't hurt to try it since you didn't state that you attempted it.

Also, what other steps specifically have you taken for troubleshooting?

Sorry guys I have come up with its a doa card I tried it in anther rig and it still wouldn't go so I'm setting up an rma for it
