Mem TweakIt... possible?

Hello guys ..to be noted that there are practical..I've seen a few pictures of people having the ability to use Mem TweakIt with the 4790k...
Well, when I say that I mean their boxes aren't greyed out.... You can clearly see that he is able to adjust everything except the cas and cr...
And none of them work... granted ASUS does mention Haswell is not currently supported due to a CPU lock, preventing OS changes to memory.
Anyone have any idea on how to get this thing to work? Messing with settings in the BIOS then booting is a PAIN with all those settings...

I've read too memtweakit doesn't work with haswell, are you using the latest version, I think this is the latest version.

You can give it a try if you wish.

I downloaded my version of memtweakit from there, maybe it is a false positive?

I see you can download memtweakit for the maximus viii boards maybe download from here under utilities, select your operating system.
