WHEA_Uncorrectable_Error on W10

Hi guys,
since 2 days I'm expecting random BSOD's in W10 during gaming with the code "WHEA_Uncorrectable_Error".
The Event Viewer reports no error on Kernel but only operationals one.

I've the rig OC'ed and tested hours and hours with the various Memtest86+ and Prime95/IBT without any errors.

Did you suggest an increase of the CPU voltage or I need to check elsewhere?

Hmm. I induced this error after setting the voltage too high on my CPU while I was playing around with overclocking. However never came back after I went back down
