Any ideas what is causing this popping sound on my G751?

As the title says I have this problem

Also tried rebooting and completely shut down (with ac unplugged) to the computer but it didn't made any difference

Try uninstall and reinstall audio drivers. It sounds like your getting feedback through the speakers of system sounds. Try turning the system sounds all the way down in volume mixer and see if it goes away.
