Hi Guys,

I have just finished building my new PC with the Maximus VIII Ranger motherboard.

I am having problems with my USB to start with I only have keyboard and mouse plugged in at the moment. Once
Windows 7 has boot the mouse works for about 2minutes and then dies. If I plugin my Logitech G13 the system crashes.

I have disabled the Asmedia USB controller in BIOS as well and it still happens. Any advice ideas ?

xHCI Handoff : Disabled
USB Legacy support: Disabled

Still the my mouse freezes and System crash if I plugin Logitec G13, and by crash I mean crash not even a BSOD

I have managed to fix the issue fresh install boot from the Asus Mobo disk by pressing F8 during post and a usb stick with Win 7 on it 🙂
