Windows 8.1 not booting properly with new Strix card

Hi All,

My first post...

I have a fairly new build with Windows 8 (Formula-Z with 9590). It's running very smoothly, 4.7G out of the box. I replaced an old XFX 6950 with a new Strix R9 390 video card, and it's no longer booting up properly. I get the windows startup display for a few seconds and then it goes blank. I was using a UEFI BOIS setup.

What should I do?
