ASUS Rampage IV Extreme in Corsair 650D?

All I need to know is will it fit because I am concerned about it being larger than a standard ATX mobo even though the Corsair Obsidian 650D has an 8th PCI slot and plenty of room in the other dimension. Any help is greatly appreciated.
