well i tryd they said the same thing again i asked if they wanted to check the laptop but they said they dont need to cuz its not complete oh well... that dude i was supposed to pm isnt responding either so i guess i cant be helped well thx anyways guys

That sucks, man.
You have to be really careful when you buy an Asus notebook, apparently. There are so many different subspecies it's hard to know what you're getting until you open the boxRead the User's Manual for more info.
