G751JY m.2 ssd upgrade

Hi all.
I'm ready to buy the g751jy, but in Italy where i live there is only one model for sale, the 128 ssd one.
I'm pretty sure this model have a 128GB m.2 ssd, but unfortunately is really too small for me.
I'm seraching for a ssd replacement to buy and change immediately the small one installed.
I saw the Samsung XP941 256GB M.2 NGFF PCIe model, anyone know if will be ok, so I can clone the entire disk and put on the new one?
Considering ASUS G751JY - boots the XP941, but not the SM951 according to this forum post http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/asus-g751-coming-with-maxwell-gtx-980m-and-gtx-970m.761783/p...
There are other models that will be better?

The g751 boots the sm951 ahci just fine we have many installed at the office and multiple users here have done it. The sm951 is much faster then the xp941 and the xp941 thermal throttles easier.
