plug computer
get computer charged to at least 50%
download BIOS file
get the file on C:\
enter BIOS and go to the flash bios option
select the file you have on C:\
wait until computer restarts into windows

MAKE SURE: (or else you'll brick)
1) BIOS file matches your computer model 100%
2) do not kill power to computer while flashing (plug or battery)
3) do not touch the power button

BTW, I've done BIOS flashing more times that I can count throughout my life time... still, every time I click "flash", and the process begins, my heart stops until windows starts (which means BIOS flashing went well). I've never had a "bricking" problem.

If you're on 208, I'd sit on it.. 209 fixes nothing as far as I'm aware.

A WHQL fix? What's the point in that. ':f

look under the win 8.1 folder too. BIOS has nothing to do with OS version.
