Guys, everytime i try to update bios from the uefi bios using EZ Flash 3 Utility, i select the new bios file from the usb drive, and it keeps saying selected file is not a proper bios! any ideals ?

Ranger viii board by the way.

did you extract the file before you put it into a usb drive?

Yes mate, i download the zip/rar, then extract and put on a fat32 usb stick, tried 3 sticks as well 😞

Yes i have sent 2 hero viii boards back, both confirmed broken, so went with the ranger viii this time, only want to upgrade bios because i think the ME fix is for the FCLK problem.
