FN F3/F4 doesn't work.

G751 forum suggested BIOS update.
Tried install winflash to update bios with no avail,
the message is "this program only supports ASUS notebook!"

install the ATK package fromm the driver page what OS u have ?

Yes, expect the updated ATK driver for Win10 should help solve the problem and a bios update will not be necessary.

I have the G501JW and have tried the ATK as well as the most recent BIOS still have no back light. Running Windows 10 Pro 64. Love the laptop, but this is annoying as I cannot see the keyboard except in a well lit room.

G501 keyboard backlit doesn't work in Win10 - [solved]
