G75VW power boost on USB win10

hello, everyone
i just upgraded to win10 on my asus g75vw. everything seems to be working fine, exept there is no possibilitie to charge my ipad using one of USB ports. does anyone know if it's fixable by now?

not sure if this will work or not , on the driver page there is A W7 charger plus u could install and try it u can always uninstall it if it does not work

Yes if you find a working driver it only adds the extra power to the front right USB 3.0 port

thank you. i installed this driver but it doesn't seem to be working. no additional power appeared on any of the ports...

Also if the power boost is installed you should have a Notification in that bar where you can turn it on or off? I can't comment on custom drivers that is beyond my expertise's.

Clintlgm , I have a working USB boost asus file for my G751 , W8.1 version , don't see why it should not work on his G75VW as u well know asus does not update software or drivers for older laptops , pc and motherboards but newer drivers sometime work from other driver pages , that's what I do or at least try.. lol

If you read through these threads you'll find the work around drivers to make your G75 more or less work on win 10
