Is the Intel 750 series work find with the SLI and Sound card?

I have built my system last month, and here is the specs:

1. Mobo: ASUS R5E
2. Intel 5930K
3. 32GB DDR4 2666Mhz CMD32GX4M4A2666C15
4. ASUS Strix 980Ti
5. Creative ZxR
6. Intel 750 Series 400GB PCIe Based.
7. Corsair 1500AX

The system works fine with the specs above, i have set up video card in slot 1, Intel 750 in slot 4, sound card in slot 5.
The system wont boot if i set up Intel 750 in slot 2 or 6. (BIOS 1701)

-----
I'm going to buy one more Strix 980ti and 1 RAM kit (exactly the same with the kits i mentioned above). And my question is:

1. Should i set up SLI 2 Graphic Cards in slot 1 and 4? Intel 750 in slot 6? ZxR in slot 3? Will it work?
2. Is it possible if i set up one more RAM kits?. I still have 32GB Kit on my system

Is there any advice?

1. Yes. That configuration will work.

2. Yes, you can but there won't be a 100% guarantee that they will work together at the advertised speed. It's not recommendable to combine memory kits even if they are identical.

Hi there,

I have installed one more 32GB Kit. But the channel in cpu-z is not showing up.

Can you please help me with this?

Try clearing your CMOS and reseating your memory modules.

I have cleared and reseated 8 sticks already but still have had this problem.
What should i do?

There is nothing to worry about to be honest. Your system is picking up all 64GB of your RAM and so is CPU-Z.

I'm worry about the channel. My system is picking up all 64GB RAM but i'm not sure system is running under quad channels or something else?

I was wondering something similar. This is my configuration as of now. These are my 6 slots:

1 - GTX Titan X
2- Empty
3 - Sound Card
4 - GTX Titan X
5 - Empty
6 - Empty

If I put an Intel 750 NVMe in slot 6, will I lose my x16 lanes for slots 1 and 4? I know x8 won't make much of a difference, but I would like to keep my x16 lanes for my video cards. Now, with my present configuration, I should only be using 33 lanes, since the video card only takes one lane, but I'm unsure if the BIOS sees it as a 4x device, which would leave the count at 36. Either way, with the Intel 750, I would either be using 37 lanes or all 40 lanes.

Any thoughts?

Well, it looks like Hopper's post may have answered my question, but if someone could verify my question, it would be helpful. Thanks.

No your 2 GPU's should still run at X16
