Maximus Viii Hero - Memory in DIMM slot B1 or B2 cause Boot Error 55

Quad channel Memory from approved list.
G.SKILL F4-2666C15Q-16GRR(XMP) 16GB ( 4x 4GB ) SS 15-15-15-35 1.2V
initially with all 4 slots filled - boot error 55 = no memory
checked all connections reseated all 4 DIMMs - no change boot error 55
tried different combos no change boot error 55
read around loosened CPU cooler mount nuts a little.
tried 1 DIMM in slot A2 == yea goodness - first boot to BIOS! Whew!
swapped DIMM with each of the others and still can gets to BIOS! ok Memory works....

Updated Bios to 1001, still can gets to BIOS!
Tried different combos of filling slots... only when B1 and/or B2 are used then boot error 55 = no memory

XMP on or off makes no change.

Please help , what can I try next?
Can it be the cpu mount/ cooler causing some issue?
More voltage to RAM?

After reading thru the other posts, I decided to reseat the CPU (just raised the locking bar) and reseat the Corsair H105 CPU Cooler and just make the finger nuts lightly snug. That seems to have done the trick. All 4 DIMMS working. Initial easy gamer overclock worked but only held for a few minutes.

Maximus Hero Viii,
G.SKILL F4-2666C15Q-16GRR(XMP) 16GB ( 4x 4GB ) SS 15-15-15-35 1.2V
Dual EVGA 980ti Hybrids SLI
Fractal Define R5 Front 2 fans intake,
No heat directed inward.
Corsair H105 CPU exhaust, Two Hybrids coolers exhaust (bottom and back), PSU exhaust.
Now to figure out how to preserve positive pressure, or cover other openings.

Hey this helped me out a bit but got me into something else. I had the 55 error code and saw your suggestion to reset the cpu and not make the cooler so tight. It works with 2 sticks of ram (compared to 1) but now I get a 32 error code when all 4 are in. Did you ever run into this issue?

850w Cooler MAster Silent Pro
I also have a cooler master H100i CPU cooler installed.
