T100TA - How can I install Windows 7?

How can I install Windows 7 on T100TA? Windows 8.1 very lagging (factory resets didn't help), I prepared 32-bit Windows 7 Install USB with pre-installed SP1, disabled Secure Boot, but I can't boot it, EFI is 32-bit, and didn't have Legacy Boot mode, can I unlock this option, or get any BIOS-emulator bootloader?, I prepared Recovery USB (without OS, only Windows PE and extracted Windows 7 ISO), after boot and open Command Prompt, I started Windows 7 setup, created partition but I can't install it (missing Intel SD Host controller driver), I can't find that driver for Windows 7 (only Windows 8/8.1).

Can anybody help me?
