Upgraded my RAM and now struggling to keep OC.

Hi I have read through some of the guides on here with regards to overclocking and using XMP but for the life of my I cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong, my issue is that I recently upgraded my DDR4 RAM from 2 dimms of crucial ballistics 4gb sticks to 64gb of Gskill 2800mhz ddr4 ram.

At the time I had my CPU over clocked to 4.5GHz and was extremely happy with that and was running my then crucial ram at its stock XMP profile without trouble.

I've tried running dimm at 1.3v system agent v at 1.15 (don't want to put volts too high as I'm not sure the safe level for voltages) my CPU Is the 5960x and I'm really trying to run it at a daily 4.5GHz, along with preferably my gskill kit that is rated at 2800mhz to be run at that speed if possible. Any help with voltages, and any other settings that I need to change will be much appreciated. I know 4.5ghz is possible on my sample as I've had it running there for months I can supply bios templates etc, also I'm running FULLY water cooled on all four of my GPU's and my CPU (RAM is passively cooled though)

Thanks in advance.

So I should up my CPU vcore? I'm running it at 1.3 at the moment, what is a safe max to try?

So I got it to post and boot to windows with the clocks I wanted but its far from stable.

Ok so ita annoying now it's like the more voltage I give my cpu/v dimm or system agent the less stable my machine gets.

The System Agent voltage is very sensitive. One must have patience and tweak it. I would avoid brute forcing voltages if possible. Getting 64GB of RAM stable takes time especially at speeds over 2133MHz.

SA voltage is not just a case of giving it more...start with 1.05v and go up and down from there...too much can be as bad as too little.

What settings do you have in Digi+ section for RAM?

Have you tried booting with one stick at a time in the red slot right of the CPU....just to check there isn't a bad stick...

I have just spent ages writing out my current bios settings and I will type them up and paste them here tonight. By using these settings I am able to boot into Windows and run rog real bench without issue for 15 minutes with the maximum of 16GB selected (can't select 64GB) unfortunately at these settings my cpu is only running at 3.5Ghz and my ram is running at 1399.8Mhz, which correct me if I'm wrong but that = 2800Mhz which is the RAM Setting I wanted. So I just need to find settings that enable me to run my CPU at 4.5Ghz now instead of the 3.563 it is running at now.

Thanks in advance, appreciate any help I can get and I'll post my current bios settings up here later, (once I've typed them out).
