Hello. I have a question about movie with Asus Strix 980 Ti. Somebody upload Asus Strix 980 ti noise and i want know one thing. At started movie 0:00 second, fans of the card are running or not ( in windows just before test ) ?
?I ask because if they are running, why on windows where temperature are very low.?









Simply question. Fans of the card are on or off just before test in windows? I ask because i am not sure if they on or off.

its the components and not the fans.
try and put the card under heavy load and see what noise it makes and if the fans spins up.
and if you have a program that can controll the fans on the card try and boost that up to 100% under no load and see.

for me it sounds like its from the components of the card it self and not the fans.
