Hello,

I have a G73J laptop and I've had a pretty significant crash. I'm unable to boot into safemode and it looks like Windows wants to start an installation but there's nothing for it to install.

My question is... how do I get my hands on a factor restore CD. I still have access to my windows code but I know there are so many unique drivers that even if I had a windows disk I would still struggle to get this laptop up and running. Can anyone help me get a restore disk?
