    I have same problem with ROG Z370F motherboard. Restart is not successful, hangs on bios with black screen. Otherwise working perfectly from switch off condition.
    Hardware: Asus ROG z370f, Asus Strix GTX970ti graphic card, i7 processor.

    Any help appreciated. Tried all suggested options but no success.

    I had a restart problem also with my PRIME Z370-A until i flashed the latest VGA ROM into my EVGA GTX 970SC.

    I have latest bios on GTX as well as motherboard. Still problem persist. It also occurs on inboard dispay port when using it.
