How to boot from and create bootable usb?

Hi there guys I have Asus G750JS with Windows 8.1. With GPT UEFI. I have created multi boot iso with xboot. How should I create bootable usb that will work with my system. Also tell me if I need to enable/disable fast boot or csm. Thanks

use this to create your 8.1 bootable usb. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media

if you want to use an iso you already have download rufus to create the usb, make sure it is set at gpt and fat32 then. butthe most convenient is by far to use microsofts own tool, then you know you have an untouched version of windows 8.1

Nothing seems to work. The thing i now understand is that i need a ISO that is GPT UEFI supported. Any tool that create GPT/UEFI supported multi boot ISO?? Xboot creates MBR/Bios supported ISOs only.

just use the microsoft mediacreationtool i linked in my post. then you dont need rufus, seems that tere is an error with that particular iso.

try this one first perhaps: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media

Thanks i wanted to create multi boot usb of Kaspersky Antivirus, UBCD, PC Magic, Macrium Rescue etc with GPT/UEFI support

well then its more ikely something is wrong with that iso then a problem with rufus to create the bootable usb. for creating such a usb you need to find other help cause i never made one myself here, sorry

I can't find any software that create a multi boot GPT / UEFI iso. 
