Asus Maximus VII Ranger Booting Problem

Hello so I have a problem with my asus ranger. Sometimes, when it boots, it takes several minutes before it is finished booting. It goes like this: First it gets stuck on QR-code 64 or b4. After a minute or two, it stops at 99, and then it gets stuck at f6. The process takes about 5 minutes. Is there something I can do to stop or fix this?

Those error codes has to do with USB issue, so you should try unplugging all USB devices and see if your system can boot up.
