Automatic settings are too high

So I let BIOS to set needed settings for LLC, PPC and such. LLC was set to level 8 and PPC to extreme. But my CPU isn't overclocked, so why BIOS need to set so high? I bought 4790K because I wanted fast CPU without the need to overclock it for my silent rig. This doesn't help me to keep it silent.

I have 4790k and did some research and found that I can set my vcore currently stable @ 1.145v for 4.4ghz. Max temp with 20c room temp was 57c on a 1 hour Realbench stress test.

I wasn't convinced that the CPU needed the default 1.230v when I had the CPU voltage set to auto, so changed to manual voltage. Started @ 1.150v for a few days & 3 hours stress testing + 13 hours playing flight sim.

Im working my way downvolting so will try 1.140v after some more testing.
