I have always listened to music through my speakers and had everything else go through my headset. After installing the Sonic Suite II I noticed that immediately the headset would detect as Realtek HD Audio 2 but it would play the same thing as my speakers. I have changed the selection many times, even rebooted after the change, and I cannot get this to work. No matter what everything comes through the headset and the master volume control will change the headset volume and the speakers. When I click on the headset and attempt to test the sound nothing comes through. Since we cannot apparently uninstall this program I'm stuck waiting for a fix. Given that one thread actually had a fix for the HDMI issue I figured I'd post this in case it can get escalated to get corrected.

The following settings have been changed multiple times in every configuration and nothing has changed.

AC/97 instead of HD Audio for front panel

Make internal and external output devices playback two different audio streams simultaneously
