Strix DSP

Hello there!
This is my first post in here, which unfortunately is gonna be a bug/flaw post.
I have just bought the STRIX DSP and I thought that it was something with my way of going around the spectrum function that were flawed. It seems though that the problem is software related.. I am currently running it on my custom build computer (which functions to perfection), running windows 10 and I just can't make it work. When switched to the spectrum mode it lights up every second bar with a red color (not working indication). I would like to know what the problem could be and how to fix it.

Just wanted to do a quick check-up.
Still nothing new on this matter? I really would like to have full access to this lovely headset..
