Can you guys confirm if you upgraded from an older version or if the latest version of the software is the only version you installed?
@eewqtw
Can you please provide me with your full system specifications?
We're suspecting the sound cutting issues may be caused by other PCIe devices, so if you have anything else installed on any of the PCIe slots, please list them as well.
Thanks,
Bahz

I connected the new sound card, installed the latest beta drivers.
The above problem has been solved, the 'audio works smoothly, but other problems have appeared
1) The surround is wrong, even if active, nothing changes
1a) As above, the same reverb active or not there 'is no difference, I did not try the other functions but honestly I do not think they go ...
2) The microphone works only at maximum volume would otherwise not hear anything (tested on steam)
3) TeamSpeak sees the microphone but not your speakers or headphones, when you start an audio test appears this error:
could not open device playback
4) Every time I go into the control panel and open the audio section a warning message:
"There were some problems caused by audio enhancements to the following device, turn off the improvements of the driver for this device?"
I have always chosen not, but I do not know if it's changed.
I write if I have other problems.

EDIT 2:
I correct, the audio problem of cut is still there, it happens rarely, very rarely, but it is present.
In about 45 minutes of video on youtube there will have been a total of fifteen seconds dumb.Last edited by Nessunowin32; 02-17-2016 at 11:19 PM.

Hi Sefir,
Did you try using registry cleaner like CC Cleaner after you uninstall the older version before reinstalling the new version? (this is just worth a try)
The sound cutting issue doesn't happen for everyone as we tested it on similar system and until now we still can't replicate the issue under the same operating system and using the programs provided by other users. We need all possible details so we can find out what's causing the issue, please kindly provide any other details, especially how the issues are occurring and what you were doing and on which software.
Thanks,

I own the Strix Raid dlx and observe the same issue with all drivers: From sound cutting which happens apparently only on longer videos and a additional problem with the microphone.
The sound cutting also got less when i deactivated the google chrome hardware acceleration. I suspect a connection between the issue and graphicscards.
The issue with the microphone only is connected with starting\closing a game and creates a crackling and very unpleasant noise. It does not happen always. It's is not depending if the game uses a microphone itself (Company of Heroes 2, H1Z1 and Rainbow Six Siege).
To fix it i have to go to the Sonic Studio and change the Input Device from MIC->Line in and back.
I used all Drivers but couldn't get rid of the issue.
