*SOLVED*
If your laptop won't charge/discharge and battery status icon is blinking follow these steps

Found a fix

1. Disable WiFi / Bluetooth
2. Enable High Performance
3. Close Skype / Chrome and other things that communicate with internet e.g. your VPN client
4. Let it run for few minutes
5. Disable Fast Startup option
a. Right click on battery icon
b. Power option
c. Choose what closing lid does
d. Change settings that are currently unavailable
e. Disable Fast Boot
6. Leave it for till it discharges
